A structured assessment captures the learning style, the prior experience, the time budget, the strengths and the blockers. Learning coaching is part of every session, not an extra. Each path is owned by one coach for the entire programme.

Job vocabulary, real meetings, contracts, emails. We strip out grammar that will not move the career and replace it with what matters tomorrow morning.

HR and leadership define the success metrics. We deliver a monthly report against them. Terminology, tone and priorities follow the company, not a textbook.

What languages levels do you cover?
All CEFR levels from A0 to B2. We work with absolute beginners and with advanced professionals who need to polish business German for board reporting.
Is everything online?
Yes. All sessions run on Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The same coach across the entire programme. No software to install for the learner.
How do you measure progress?
Through structured assessments at the start, in the middle and at the end. Monthly reporting goes to HR with progress against the agreed goals.
What is included in the price?
Coaching sessions, all material, the assessments, the monthly reporting and the learning coaching. There are no extra fees for textbooks or platforms.
What is the minimum commitment?
Minimum programme size 3,600 € net. We are not built for one-off lessons. We are built for HR teams who need a measurable language programme.
Can spouses or family members join?
Yes. Many international moves succeed or fail on whether the partner integrates. We coach spouses and family members on the same logic. Included in our standard programmes.
