Common questions before booking
Is the call free?
Yes. Discovery only. No card, no contract, no follow-up campaign. If the fit is not there, you walk away with a clean scope, and that is that.
Who should be on the call?
HR Business Partner or Learning & Development lead. Add the line manager if the case is for one specific role. The learners themselves are not needed on the discovery.
What needs preparing?
Nothing formal. A rough number of learners, a rough budget range and the trigger event are enough. Every other question comes up in the call.
What happens after the call?
A short written scope, including a price range and a recommended program structure. No commitment. Most clients take a week to circulate it internally before deciding.

What you walk away with
A short scope document
After the discovery call you receive a one-page scope document. Group size, target CEFR levels, intensity per week, suggested duration, key risks, named coach where one is already in mind. The document is in English by default; a German version follows on request. It is short on purpose so you can paste it into your internal sourcing system without rewriting.
A price band
Not a single number. A band, because the right number depends on choices that are not yet made (one-to-one or group, weekly intensity, duration). The band has three tiers (lean, recommended, intensive) so you can model the budget conversation internally before the next call. The band does not change after the fact.
A recommended start date
A concrete start month is named. The recommendation is based on coach availability, current backlog and the realistic time needed for assessment. If you want to start earlier, the answer is honest. If an earlier start is not feasible, that is said too. There is no fake scarcity. Most engagements start within four to six weeks of the discovery call.
A clean no-fit answer if applicable
A discovery call can end with a recommendation for a different vendor, a self-paced route or a different format. The reasons are concrete: budget mismatch, level mismatch, geography outside the coverage, format that is not on offer. You receive that answer in writing, with a named alternative where one exists. A useful no beats a program that will churn.
