Four programme formats

Pick the format. We bring the personalisation.

Every format includes role-specific scenarios, industry vocabulary, and the learner's individual goals. Material is designed in-house, never licensed and never charged on top.

Format A

For executives, expat partners, and specialists who need progress on a tight calendar. Sessions sit inside Outlook, content flexes around board prep, audits, and customer visits.

  • One learner, one coach, one curriculum
  • Recommended pace 2 sessions per week, 60 minutes each
  • Calendar moves with the learner, never the other way around
From 500 €/learner/month
Format B

Group and Hybrid Coaching

Two to four learners with comparable level and shared work context. Ideal for project teams, regional clusters, or onboarding cohorts. Add 1:1 hours for individuals who need a sprint.

  • 2 to 4 learners, level-matched in placement
  • Shared context, shared scenarios, individual feedback

Which format fits us?

Three quick prompts. If none fit, the discovery call sorts it out in 30 minutes.

Use case 1

One senior leader, board readiness in 6 months

CFO or managing director with audit, board, or works council exposure. Calendar full, stakes high, no room for filler content.

Recommended: 1:1 Individual
Use case 2

A team of 3 to 4 engineers relocating together

Same project, similar level, shared vocabulary needs. Group dynamic accelerates speaking confidence faster than isolated 1:1.

Recommended: Group or Hybrid
Use case 3

Cohort of 20+ across time zones, irregular schedules

Mixed shifts, parental leave, travelling field staff. Asynchronous content with optional live add-ons keeps everyone moving without forcing a single calendar.

Recommended: Self-paced (waitlist) plus Networking Nights

FAQ

The questions HR keeps asking us.

What is the difference between 1:1 and Group, given the price is the same?

Personalisation is identical. 1:1 wins on calendar flexibility and intensity. Group wins on speaking confidence, peer accountability, and shared business context. Hybrid blends both. The discovery call confirms the right mix for your team.

When does the Self-paced programme launch and how do we register interest?

Self-paced is currently in production. The waitlist opens early access pricing and lets you pilot the format before public release. Submit your work email through the waitlist form on the Self-paced tile above. The Brevo confirmation goes out the same day, status updates follow monthly.

Is the minimum booking of 3,600 € per learner or per company?

Per company, per engagement. You can spread the minimum across one learner over six months, or six learners in a single month, or any combination that adds up. The figure exists to make sure the personalisation work pays off, not to gatekeep small teams.

Do you charge extra for material, platform access, or onboarding?

No. Material is created in-house for every learner profile, never licensed and never charged on top. Sessions run on Microsoft Teams or the platform your IT prefers. Onboarding (Discovery, Assessment, Match) is included in the monthly fee.

What happens if a learner leaves the company mid-programme?

The remaining sessions transfer to another learner at the same level, or pause for up to 90 days while you decide. Cancellation terms sit in the framework agreement, never in fine print. HR keeps the budget control.
