Global Energy Group

From English-only site reviews to confident German project handovers in 6 months

The challenge: project teams from three countries had to run weekly site reviews and contractor coordination in German. Standard group classes had failed twice. We assigned individual coaches, mapped real meeting transcripts as session input, and built role-specific glossaries. After three months, project managers ran reviews unassisted. After six months, contractor calls happened in German on average four out of five times.

From English-only client meetings to fully German audit reviews

The challenge: senior auditors needed to lead client meetings in German and write reviewable findings without translation overhead. The previous provider stopped at general business German. We rebuilt content around the firm’s own templates, audit terminology and client tone. After nine months, partners signed off on six of eight learners holding meetings unassisted, with the other two on a clearly-defined extension plan.

From zero German to a board update without an interpreter

The challenge: a CTO joining at C-level had no German on day one and a board update in six months. We built a steep one-to-one program with role-anchored grammar, learning coaching for confidence, and weekly board-language drills. Six months in, the first board update happened without an interpreter. Twelve months in, the team also ran annual planning in German.

Frequently asked questions

Are the case studies anonymized?

Yes. Industry, role, level shift and timeline are real. Company name, learner name and any identifying detail are removed. We sign confidentiality agreements as a default and we honour them, even after the engagement closes.

Can we speak to a reference?

On request, after the discovery call. We do not list reference contacts publicly because we do not want our clients to receive cold outreach from competitors. If you are seriously evaluating, we connect you to a peer with a comparable use case.

How realistic are the timelines shown here?

They are the actual delivery timelines. We have not compressed them for narrative effect. The cases that ran long are also represented; we did not cherry-pick only the fast ones. If you want the median, ask in the discovery call and we will share it.

Can our case appear here later?

Only with explicit written approval and only after we anonymise. Many clients prefer to stay invisible and that is the default. If you want a case to appear under your real name as a reference for your industry, that is also possible and we will draft it for your sign-off.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs at the start of the discovery call if requested. We also have our own one-page NDA we can send first if your legal team prefers a starting draft. Either route is fine.

What does a case typically cost?

The cases shown range from roughly four-figure single-learner pilots to mid five-figure cohort engagements. We send a one-page price band with the discovery-call follow-up. There is no surprise pricing later.
