How fast can a learner reach B1 from zero?
With two 60-minute sessions per week and 3 to 4 hours of own work, most professionals reach a stable A2 in 5 to 6 months and B1 in 10 to 12 months. We document the actual trajectory in the monthly report so HR can plan around realistic milestones.
Are spouses really included?
Yes. Spousal coaching uses the same coach pool, the same materials and the same hourly economics. Many companies cover it as part of relocation. We keep the assessment and reporting separate from the assignee.
Does HR receive a usable report?
Yes. Each month HR or the sponsor receives a one-page report: hours delivered, attendance, focus areas, current CEFR estimate and planned next steps. The format is agreed at kickoff and stays consistent over the engagement.
What happens if a learner needs to pause?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice at no cost. For longer pauses (board cycles, audits, parental leave) we agree a freeze of up to 8 weeks per year without losing the coach.
Is content available for technical roles?
Yes. Coaches in our pool work with audit, energy, engineering, manufacturing and industrial software contexts. We integrate the company's own documents into the coaching, so the vocabulary aligns with the role from the first month.
