Frequently asked questions
How fast do you reply?
Within one working day, almost always within four hours during German business time. If your message lands on a Friday afternoon, expect a Monday morning reply. We do not auto-respond and we do not send placeholder acknowledgements.
Who handles HR briefings?
The founder reads every HR enquiry first. If your message contains a brief or a tender request, it goes to her directly and she replies in person. There is no SDR or BDR layer between you and the person who shapes the proposal.
Can we share confidential information by email?
Yes, but we recommend a one-line email first and a confidential attachment after we exchange a mutual NDA. We can send our standard one-page NDA on request. Email is encrypted in transit; for very sensitive material we move to a shared, password-protected folder.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Mutual one-page NDA on request, signed within one working day. If your organization has a preferred template we will redline it within three working days, with our own legal review.
Can you sponsor a multi-country roll-out?
Yes. We have run programs for sponsoring HQs in Switzerland, Austria, the UK and the US with learners distributed across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Invoicing in EUR, USD or GBP. One contract, one contact, one report.
What if we are exploring and not ready to buy?
Tell us. We will answer the questions we can answer in writing without pulling you onto a call. If you are six to twelve months out from a decision, we will not chase. We will send the quarterly digest and that is it.
What we typically reply with
Within twenty-four hours
A short, written answer to the question you asked. If you wrote two sentences, you get two sentences back. If you sent a brief, you get a structured reply that names what we can do, what we cannot, and what we would need from you to scope properly. We do not bounce a generic acknowledgment and follow up later. The first reply is the substantive one.
If you need an NDA
Mention it in the first message and we send our one-page mutual NDA in the same thread, signed on our side. Most teams sign it back within a working day and we move directly into the substantive exchange. If your legal department prefers their own template, we redline within three working days. Confidentiality is the default, not an upsell.
If you are sponsoring a multi-country roll-out
Tell us the headquarters country, the learner countries and the invoicing currency. We have run programs for sponsoring HQs in Switzerland, Austria, the UK and the US with learners across the DACH region. The first reply will include three concrete questions to scope: cohort size band, target levels, target start month. With those answers we can produce a single-page proposal in five working days.
If we are not the fit
We will say so. About one in five enquiries ends with us pointing the buyer at a different provider, a self-paced route or a different format than they originally asked for. We do not hold conversations open in the hope they convert. A clean no-fit answer is more useful to you than a slow drift into nothing, and you keep our contact for when the brief changes.
